Our Mission
The Housing Authority of the County of Venango (HAVC) exists to provide safe, decent, and affordable housing for lower-income families, elderly and persons with disabilities. The HAVC owns 20 Public Housing Units and serves approximately 330 Housing Choice Vouchers throughout our jurisdiction, any where in Venango County except inside the City Limits of Oil City and Franklin. The HAVC has been providing these service for 31 years.
