Our Mission
"The Housing Authority of the County of Venango (VCHA) exists to provide safe, decent, and affordable housing for lower-income families, elderly and persons with disabilities."
Venango County Housing Authority owns 20 Public Housing Units known as Cherry Hill Apartments and serves more than 300 families with Housing Choice Vouchers (Section 8 assisted housing) throughout Venango County except within the cities of Oil City and Franklin.
VCHA has been providing assisted housing services since 1977.
